I’m disappointed as I ordered this magnesium after noticing symptoms of common magnesium deficiency. I've been taking it for a few weeks and haven’t noticed any difference. With other pills, symptoms improved within days. Unfortunately, these pills are large and difficult to swallow.

Good! I will continue taking more. I've been on this magnesium for two weeks, and I had nervous tics, insomnia, headaches, and muscle stiffness. I take one tablet each night after eating, and it's not easy to swallow as the pill is quite large. My nervous tics have decreased by about 50%, and the stiffness in my body is significantly less. I hardly catch colds outside now, which used to be a major issue for me. Overall, I recommend it, although it hasn’t solved my insomnia.
